1. Refund Policy
Refund Requests: Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded to your payment method. Funds deposited on our website must be used for purchases within the site. Refund requests or chargebacks will result in the disabling of your account.
Order Cancellations: Orders placed on JB SMM PANEL cannot be canceled or refunded. If we are unable to deliver the order, a refund will be issued as account credit on our website. Orders deemed misplaced or private will not qualify for a refund.
Fraudulent Activity: Any use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the immediate termination of your account.
Multiple Server Usage: Do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We will not process refunds for these orders.
2. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: This policy describes how we handle your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that your personal information is safeguarded.
Data Usage: Any personal information collected will be used solely to process and fulfill your orders. We do not sell or redistribute your information. All data is encrypted and stored securely.
3. Customer Care Chat
Abuse of Support: Any abusive behavior towards our support team during chat sessions will result in the disabling of your account.
Coercion of Agents: If a customer attempts to coerce or pressure a support agent into making decisions or taking actions that are not within the agent's authority, this behavior will also not be tolerated. Our agents will operate within their designated authority and will not be forced to act outside of established procedures.
4. Order Information
Order Details: Always read the order description before making a purchase. We cannot cancel orders if the service is non-refillable. For services that include refills, cancellations, or speed-ups, the standard processing time is 24 hours.
5. Service Details
Service Scope: JB SMM PANEL will only be used to promote your YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, or other social accounts and help boost your "Appearance" only.
Interaction Guarantee: We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
Account Quality: We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
Private Accounts: We DO NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS/PARTIAL REFUNDS if your account is set to private. Please ensure that all your social media accounts (like Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) are set to public before placing an order.
Content Restrictions: You will not upload anything into JB SMM PANEL, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the respective social media community (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Pinterest, etc.).
High Follower Counts: If your page had 100k+ followers/likes/views before you place an order with us, it will not cover refill protection, even if you order a refill service from us. This is because it is not possible to determine from where you lost the followers/likes/views.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

- Review and Appeal: Users who believe their behavior has been misinterpreted may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with a detailed explanation.
